Ireland

If the rental is not prepaid the renter must pay the full rental charges plus a deposit of 250 Euros. If the rental has been prepaid then the deposit will be 250 Euros.

All of our locations in The Republic of Ireland will accept a debit card. To find out if a location will accept a debit card please contact them directly.

Northern Ireland

If the rental is not prepaid, the renter must pay a deposit and the full rental charges using a  debit or credit card in the their own name. If the rental is prepaid, the renter must pay a deposit using a  debit or credit card in their own name.

Payment by a credit card in the main drivers name will be required to rent premium vehicles. If the debit or credit card differs from that used to prepay the rental charges, an additional deposit is required.

Ireland

All drivers must have been eligible to hold a driver’s license in the country of rental for eight years for A-F class vehicles, 11 years for MPVs and Vans and 13 years for Small Premiums. For Small Premiums, renters must also provide their own comprehensive insurance in order to be eligible to rent a car in the Republic of Ireland.

Northern Ireland

All drivers must be a minimum of 25 years old. Only drivers over 30 years of age are eligible to rent Full-Size MPVS, Premiums, or Four-Wheel Drives.

Ireland

Yes, you can travel anywhere in Ireland. If you wish to cross into Northern Ireland, an additional charge will apply. If you are dropping the car off at a different location than where you picked it up, then another additional charge may apply. Please contact our office in advance of your booking if you intend on travelling outside the Republic of Ireland.

Northern Ireland-

For Vehicles rented in Northern Ireland may travel to The Republic of Ireland for an additional fee. If you plan on crossing the border, please contact our office in advance of booking. Our Vehicles can travel anywhere within the U.K and Ireland, but not outside.

On arrival, you will be required to present a full Drivers licence, held for a minimum of 12 months, as well as any required international drivers permits.

Any card that you pay with must be in the drivers name.

Car rental rates change each day, so it is possible that the rate that you are initially quoted may increase or indeed decrease depending on your chosen date, and if you decide to alter the number of days you are renting for.

If you’ve already picked up your rental car, and decide that you’d like to extend your rental period, give us a call and we will accommodate your request.

Yes it is possible to get an upgrade on your vehicle. You can let us know when you arrive at the car rental desk, and we will be more than happy to upgrade your rental (subject to availability).

In the unlikely event that your rental car breaks down, all of our vehicles have 24 hour breakdown assistance. The number to call is located in the car and it will also be on the car rental agreement form.

Yes, when renting a vehicle from us, the card holder must be the name on the rental agreement. The renter will be asked to present his card upon arrival at the pick-up point.

You will receive a confirmation email from our reservations department to confirm all of your details and your order.

Yes, you can add an additional driver to your rental car, once the other driver meets all of the following criteria:

  • They meet all of our renter requirements
  • They are present with the primary driver when picking up the vehicle
  • They produce a valid driver’s licence, and a credit card in their name
  • An additional daily fee for the additional driver may apply

For exact fees, you will need to select exact times and dates of your rental, as fees vary on different dates.

Unfortunately, we do not accept Debit Cards as a form of payment for car rental. We require credit card payment from a card in the renters name.
